Hey, welcome to Tivoli Green! We’ve got a range of options to suit your vibe—cozy studios, 1-bedrooms, 2-bedrooms, and spacious 3-bedrooms. Looking for something modern and bright? Our 2-story buildings offer upper or lower private entries for that extra personal touch, and some of our 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units come with attached garages. We also have brand new 2-story 2- and 3-bedroom townhomes that have 2.5 baths and a 2-car garage. Our apartments feature 9+ foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, and plenty of space to make your own. What’s your perfect fit?

We’re keeping it flexible for you! Right now, you can choose a new lease term between 10 and 15 months. Looking for a shorter lease? Ask us about our re-rental units!

No parking headaches here! Some of our 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units include an attached garage—super convenient, right? If your unit doesn’t come with a garage, you can pick from free outdoor street or lot parking. If you want to keep your car covered, we also offer a personal detached garage. Whatever keeps your wheels happy!

Let’s talk numbers: outdoor parking is free. There are parking spaces near each building, along with street parking. Detached garages are $125/month for your own personal garage space to park and have extra storage. Attached garages? Those come included with select units. What’s your parking style?

Furry friends are family here! Tivoli Green is pet-friendly, and you can bring up to 2 pets per apartment. There’s a $50/month pet fee per pet, and while we’re cool with all sizes of dogs (no weight limits!), we do have some breed restrictions. Want the details? At Tivoli Green, you’ve got a bright and airy fitness center open 24/7, a gorgeous outdoor pool with a grilling deck for summer hangs, and a pet-friendly off-leash dog park for your four-legged pals along with a dog wash. Plus, our clubhouse is perfect for kicking back or hosting a party, and we’ve even got EV charging stations for the eco-conscious. Ready to live your best life here?

Here’s the breakdown: we’ve got a half month’s rent security deposit to start, a one-time $200 admin fee, and for pet parents, a $100 pet deposit, $50 pet fee (per pet/month) and a $75 registration fee per dog for PooPrints. No surprises—just clear costs so you can plan your move with ease!
